Buy Border Collie Puppy in Doma, Telangana
We place across Doma and the wider Telangana region. If a medium dog does not suit your hours, we will say so — that conversation is free and saves everyone the harder one later.
Is a Border Collie Puppy a sensible choice for you in Doma?
You are choosing a 10-12 Years commitment, so be unsentimental for a minute. A medium dog in a Doma apartment works when the building allows pets, the lift is reliable, and someone can break up the day. Two out of three is usually not enough.
Feeding a medium dog without guesswork
Skip the table scraps entirely, however hard the dog lobbies. A Border Collie Puppy that learns the dining table is a food source will keep asking for 10-12 Years. Set that boundary in week one and you never have to revisit it.
Health records you should insist on
Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note. You should be able to read them before you pay. We provide all three with every Border Collie Puppy; if any seller cannot, treat that as the answer.
Settling in with children and other pets
Introduce slowly and supervise every early meeting. A family friendly Border Collie Puppy is usually good with children, but 'usually' is doing work in that sentence - the first fortnight sets the pattern for 10-12 Years.
Weather, coat and the Telangana year
the balanced weather is one of the easier Indian climates for pet ownership For a Border Collie Puppy that means grooming is not cosmetic - it is how you catch problems early. Ten minutes twice a week, hands through the coat, and you will find the tick or the hot spot while it is still nothing.
Your first fortnight, step by step
Week one: keep the dog to two rooms, same feeding times daily, no visitors. Week two: widen the space, start short outdoor trips once the vaccination schedule allows. Rushing either half is the most common mistake we see with a new Border Collie Puppy.
Border Collie Puppy price, and the cost after it
₹200,267 to ₹200,267 for the dog. Then plan a similar amount again for year one. Anyone selling you a Border Collie Puppy without mentioning that second number is selling rather than advising.
Health and handover
Every Border Collie Puppy is checked, vaccinated and dewormed before listing. Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year: booster schedules run from the original dates, and a medium dog moving to a new vet needs that history intact.
Raising a Border Collie in Doma: local climate
Doma is hottest in May, averaging 39°C in the afternoon, and stays above 38°C from April to May. A Border Collie needs real protection from that because its double coat holds heat close to the body: walks before 8 am and after 7 pm, a cool tiled floor or a cooler in the afternoons, fresh water in more than one place, and never a parked car.
Winters are mild, with December nights around 14°C, so cold is not a concern.
The rainy season runs from August to September, and August is usually the wettest month. Check for ticks after every walk; dry the coat right down to the skin after it gets wet, or it can develop skin infections.
For a new Border Collie puppy, the easiest months to arrive are October to January: not too hot, not too wet, and warm enough at night.
| Month | Jan | Feb | Mar | Apr | May | Jun | Jul | Aug | Sep | Oct | Nov | Dec |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| High °C | 30 | 33 | 37 | 39 | 39 | 33 | 30 | 29 | 29 | 28 | 28 | 28 |
| Low °C | 14 | 17 | 20 | 24 | 26 | 23 | 22 | 21 | 21 | 19 | 16 | 14 |
| Rain mm | 6 | 5 | 19 | 26 | 35 | 103 | 149 | 163 | 157 | 86 | 14 | 2 |
Climate figures: NASA POWER long-term monthly averages for a roughly 50 km area around the city, so rain near hills or the coast can read higher than in the city itself.

Care Tips for Border Collie Puppy
Your week with a Border Collie Puppy, reduced to what actually matters.
- Grooming: ten minutes twice a week, hands through the coat. You find the tick while it is still nothing.
- Damp: dry the dog properly in the wet months. Skin trouble here starts damp and gets ignored.
- Floors: runners over polished granite before it arrives, not after the first slip.
- Food: portion by weight, adjust monthly, no table scraps from day one.
- Balcony: grilles up before the Border Collie Puppy comes home.
