Buy Shih Tzu in Palladam, Tamil Nadu

What is listed for Palladam is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different dog that fits your schedule than sell you the Shih Tzu you asked for and hear about it in six months.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Week one: keep the dog to two rooms, same feeding times daily, no visitors. Week two: widen the space, start short outdoor trips once the vaccination schedule allows. Rushing either half is the most common mistake we see with a new Shih Tzu.

Weather, coat and the Tamil Nadu year

warm and humid, and the sea-influenced humidity makes ventilation and dry bedding important Your practical takeaway: brush more often than the breed guides suggest, keep the dog dry through the wet months, and check between the pads after walks. Skin trouble here starts damp and gets ignored.

Settling in with children and other pets

Give the resident pet the higher ground and the first choice of space. A new small dog entering an established household is the intruder, and letting the existing animal keep its status shortens the adjustment considerably.

Feeding a small dog without guesswork

Skip the table scraps entirely, however hard the dog lobbies. A Shih Tzu that learns the dining table is a food source will keep asking for 10-16 Years. Set that boundary in week one and you never have to revisit it.

Is a Shih Tzu a sensible choice for you in Palladam?

Start with your week, not the breed. If you are out of the flat eleven hours a day, a playful Shih Tzu will not fill the gap quietly - it will find something to do and you will not like it. If someone is home, this breed settles into Palladam without much drama.

Health records you should insist on

Insist on originals, not photographs. A genuine record for a Shih Tzu names the vet and carries dates you can verify. It is a two-minute check that separates a documented dog from an undocumented one.

What you will pay

Expect ₹23,725 upward, to around ₹23,725. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 10-16 Years.

Health and handover

Every Shih Tzu is checked, vaccinated and dewormed before listing. Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year: booster schedules run from the original dates, and a small dog moving to a new vet needs that history intact.
