Buy Shih Tzu in Siddapur, Karnataka

We place across Siddapur and the wider Karnataka region. If a small dog does not suit your hours, we will say so — that conversation is free and saves everyone the harder one later.

Health records you should insist on

Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year. Booster schedules run on the original dates, and a small dog moving to a new vet needs that history intact.

Feeding a small dog without guesswork

Portion by weight and adjust monthly. The Shih Tzu will tell you it is starving regardless; your vet's target weight is the honest signal. Overfeeding in the first year is the single most common thing we correct.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Do not introduce a small Shih Tzu to the whole building in week one. Let it learn your flat first. Everything else - lift, lobby, other residents - goes better when the dog already has one place it considers its own.

Apartment living: what actually matters

Your neighbours matter more than your floor plan. A playful Shih Tzu that greets the corridor politely buys you goodwill you will need later. Spend the first month on that and the rest of 10-16 Years is easier.

Settling in with children and other pets

Give the resident pet the higher ground and the first choice of space. A new small dog entering an established household is the intruder, and letting the existing animal keep its status shortens the adjustment considerably.

Weather, coat and the Karnataka year

The year splits into a dry half and a wet half, and a small dog notices both. comfortable temperatures for most of the year make routine care straightforward Adjust walk times in the heat and drying routine in the rain, and the Shih Tzu will barely register the change.

What you will pay

Expect ₹24,271 upward, to around ₹24,271. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 10-16 Years.

Records to insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
