Apartment living: what actually matters

Balconies need grilles before a Pug Puppy comes home, not after. Beyond that, apartment life suits this breed well: it wants company more than square footage, and a Mulbagal flat with people in it beats a large empty house.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Week one: keep the dog to two rooms, same feeding times daily, no visitors. Week two: widen the space, start short outdoor trips once the vaccination schedule allows. Rushing either half is the most common mistake we see with a new Pug Puppy.

Settling in with children and other pets

Introduce slowly and supervise every early meeting. A charming Pug Puppy is usually good with children, but 'usually' is doing work in that sentence - the first fortnight sets the pattern for 12-15 Years.

What a Pug Puppy costs in Mulbagal

Between ₹20,696 and ₹20,696 covers most placements here. Where yours falls depends on lineage and how old the dog is at handover - an older, fully vaccinated Pug Puppy costs more up front and less in the first months.

Feeding a small dog without guesswork

Match the food to the adult size, not the current one. A small breed grows into its requirement over months, and switching brands abruptly will upset it - phase any change over a week. Fresh water, changed twice daily, matters more than the brand you choose.

Health records you should insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note. You should be able to read them before you pay. We provide all three with every Pug Puppy; if any seller cannot, treat that as the answer.

What you will pay

Expect ₹20,696 upward, to around ₹20,696. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 12-15 Years.

Records to insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
