Buy Pug Puppy in Maddur, Karnataka
We place across Maddur and the wider Karnataka region. If a small dog does not suit your hours, we will say so — that conversation is free and saves everyone the harder one later.
Is a Pug Puppy a sensible choice for you in Maddur?
Start with your week, not the breed. If you are out of the flat eleven hours a day, a family friendly Pug Puppy will not fill the gap quietly - it will find something to do and you will not like it. If someone is home, this breed settles into Maddur without much drama.
Settling in with children and other pets
Give the resident pet the higher ground and the first choice of space. A new small dog entering an established household is the intruder, and letting the existing animal keep its status shortens the adjustment considerably.
Apartment living: what actually matters
Your neighbours matter more than your floor plan. A family friendly Pug Puppy that greets the corridor politely buys you goodwill you will need later. Spend the first month on that and the rest of 10-12 Years is easier.
Your first fortnight, step by step
Week one: keep the dog to two rooms, same feeding times daily, no visitors. Week two: widen the space, start short outdoor trips once the vaccination schedule allows. Rushing either half is the most common mistake we see with a new Pug Puppy.
Feeding a small dog without guesswork
Match the food to the adult size, not the current one. A small breed grows into its requirement over months, and switching brands abruptly will upset it - phase any change over a week. Fresh water, changed twice daily, matters more than the brand you choose.
Health records you should insist on
Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year. Booster schedules run on the original dates, and a small dog moving to a new vet needs that history intact.
Pug Puppy price, and the cost after it
₹18,715 to ₹18,715 for the dog. Then plan a similar amount again for year one. Anyone selling you a Pug Puppy without mentioning that second number is selling rather than advising.
Health and handover
Every Pug Puppy is checked, vaccinated and dewormed before listing. Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year: booster schedules run from the original dates, and a small dog moving to a new vet needs that history intact.
Raising a Pug in Maddur: local climate
Summer here peaks in March at about 36°C. That is manageable for a Pug, but watch it closely because its short muzzle makes panting less effective at shedding heat: keep activity to the cooler ends of the day and a shaded, ventilated spot indoors.
Winters are mild, with January nights around 15°C, so cold is not a concern.
There is no long rainy season; what rain there is falls mostly in September.
For a new Pug puppy, the easiest months to arrive are January, June, July, August, November and December: not too hot, not too wet, and warm enough at night.
| Month | Jan | Feb | Mar | Apr | May | Jun | Jul | Aug | Sep | Oct | Nov | Dec |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| High °C | 31 | 34 | 36 | 36 | 33 | 29 | 28 | 28 | 29 | 28 | 28 | 29 |
| Low °C | 15 | 17 | 21 | 23 | 22 | 20 | 20 | 20 | 20 | 19 | 17 | 15 |
| Rain mm | 2 | 5 | 19 | 64 | 116 | 98 | 118 | 114 | 140 | 132 | 57 | 13 |
Climate figures: NASA POWER long-term monthly averages for a roughly 50 km area around the city, so rain near hills or the coast can read higher than in the city itself.

Care Tips for Pug Puppy | Apricot Color
A practical checklist for a small dog in a Maddur flat.
- Routine: fixed meals, fixed sleeping spot, one person feeding for the first fortnight.
- Paws: check between the pads after every walk.

- Neighbours: corridor manners in month one buy goodwill you will need later.
- Vet: registered before you need one, not during an emergency.
