We place across Davangere and the wider Karnataka region. If a medium dog does not suit your hours, we will say so — that conversation is free and saves everyone the harder one later.

Health records you should insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note. You should be able to read them before you pay. We provide all three with every Border Collie Puppy; if any seller cannot, treat that as the answer.

Feeding a medium dog without guesswork

Match the food to the adult size, not the current one. A medium breed grows into its requirement over months, and switching brands abruptly will upset it - phase any change over a week. Fresh water, changed twice daily, matters more than the brand you choose.

Weather, coat and the Karnataka year

The year splits into a dry half and a wet half, and a medium dog notices both. the plateau climate is relatively moderate, which suits a wide range of breeds Adjust walk times in the heat and drying routine in the rain, and the Border Collie Puppy will barely register the change.

Settling in with children and other pets

Give the resident pet the higher ground and the first choice of space. A new medium dog entering an established household is the intruder, and letting the existing animal keep its status shortens the adjustment considerably.

Apartment living: what actually matters

Your neighbours matter more than your floor plan. A family friendly Border Collie Puppy that greets the corridor politely buys you goodwill you will need later. Spend the first month on that and the rest of 10-12 Years is easier.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Do not introduce a medium Border Collie Puppy to the whole building in week one. Let it learn your flat first. Everything else - lift, lobby, other residents - goes better when the dog already has one place it considers its own.

What you will pay

Expect ₹200,267 upward, to around ₹200,267. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 10-12 Years.

Records to insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
