What is listed for Bagalagunte is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different dog that fits your schedule than sell you the Beagle you asked for and hear about it in six months.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Week one: keep the dog to two rooms, same feeding times daily, no visitors. Week two: widen the space, start short outdoor trips once the vaccination schedule allows. Rushing either half is the most common mistake we see with a new Beagle.

Is a Beagle a sensible choice for you in Bagalagunte?

You are choosing a 10-12 Years commitment, so be unsentimental for a minute. A medium dog in a Bagalagunte apartment works when the building allows pets, the lift is reliable, and someone can break up the day. Two out of three is usually not enough.

What a Beagle costs in Bagalagunte

Expect ₹22,366 upward. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the paperwork you were told to insist on. Budget separately for the first year's vet work.

Settling in with children and other pets

Teach the children the rules before the Beagle arrives: no disturbing it while eating, no picking it up, and let it come to them. Children who learn that get a dog that seeks them out.

Weather, coat and the Karnataka year

the plateau climate is relatively moderate, which suits a wide range of breeds For a Beagle that means grooming is not cosmetic - it is how you catch problems early. Ten minutes twice a week, hands through the coat, and you will find the tick or the hot spot while it is still nothing.

Feeding a medium dog without guesswork

Match the food to the adult size, not the current one. A medium breed grows into its requirement over months, and switching brands abruptly will upset it - phase any change over a week. Fresh water, changed twice daily, matters more than the brand you choose.

Beagle price, and the cost after it

₹22,366 to ₹22,366 for the dog. Then plan a similar amount again for year one. Anyone selling you a Beagle without mentioning that second number is selling rather than advising.

Records to insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
