What is listed for Thotlavalluru is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different dog that fits your schedule than sell you the Chihuahua Puppy you asked for and hear about it in six months.
Settling in with children and other pets
Teach the children the rules before the Chihuahua Puppy arrives: no disturbing it while eating, no picking it up, and let it come to them. Children who learn that get a dog that seeks them out.
Weather, coat and the Andhra Pradesh year
the sea-influenced humidity makes ventilation and dry bedding important For a Chihuahua Puppy that means grooming is not cosmetic - it is how you catch problems early. Ten minutes twice a week, hands through the coat, and you will find the tick or the hot spot while it is still nothing.
What a Chihuahua Puppy costs in Thotlavalluru
The purchase is the small number. Over 10-12 Years, food, boosters, grooming and one unplanned vet visit a year will each outweigh it. Anyone selling you a Chihuahua Puppy without mentioning that is selling, not advising.
Your first fortnight, step by step
Do not introduce a tiny Chihuahua Puppy to the whole building in week one. Let it learn your flat first. Everything else - lift, lobby, other residents - goes better when the dog already has one place it considers its own.
Is a Chihuahua Puppy a sensible choice for you in Thotlavalluru?
You are choosing a 10-12 Years commitment, so be unsentimental for a minute. A tiny dog in a Thotlavalluru apartment works when the building allows pets, the lift is reliable, and someone can break up the day. Two out of three is usually not enough.
Health records you should insist on
Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year. Booster schedules run on the original dates, and a tiny dog moving to a new vet needs that history intact.
Chihuahua Puppy price, and the cost after it
₹27,994 to ₹27,994 for the dog. Then plan a similar amount again for year one. Anyone selling you a Chihuahua Puppy without mentioning that second number is selling rather than advising.
Records to insist on
Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
Raising a Chihuahua in Thotlavalluru: local climate
Thotlavalluru is hottest in May, averaging 40°C in the afternoon, and stays above 38°C from March to May. A Chihuahua needs real protection from that: walks before 8 am and after 7 pm, a cool tiled floor or a cooler in the afternoons, fresh water in more than one place, and never a parked car.
Winters are mild, with December nights around 17°C, so cold is not a concern.
The rainy season runs from July to October, and October is usually the wettest month. Check for ticks after every walk.
For a new Chihuahua puppy, the easiest months to arrive are November to February: not too hot, not too wet, and warm enough at night.
| Month | Jan | Feb | Mar | Apr | May | Jun | Jul | Aug | Sep | Oct | Nov | Dec |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| High °C | 31 | 34 | 38 | 40 | 40 | 35 | 33 | 32 | 31 | 31 | 30 | 29 |
| Low °C | 18 | 19 | 22 | 25 | 28 | 27 | 25 | 25 | 24 | 23 | 20 | 17 |
| Rain mm | 7 | 11 | 9 | 20 | 47 | 126 | 178 | 178 | 171 | 183 | 71 | 21 |
Climate figures: NASA POWER long-term monthly averages for a roughly 50 km area around the city, so rain near hills or the coast can read higher than in the city itself.

Care Tips for Chihuahua Puppy
A practical checklist for a tiny dog in a Thotlavalluru flat.
- Routine: fixed meals, fixed sleeping spot, one person feeding for the first fortnight.
- Paws: check between the pads after every walk.
- Company: a family friendly breed does badly with eleven empty hours. Arrange a break in the day.
- Neighbours: corridor manners in month one buy goodwill you will need later.
- Vet: registered before you need one, not during an emergency.
