What is listed for Settur is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different dog that fits your schedule than sell you the Rottweiler Puppy you asked for and hear about it in six months.
What a Rottweiler Puppy costs in Settur
Expect ₹27,992 upward. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the paperwork you were told to insist on. Budget separately for the first year's vet work.
Your first fortnight, step by step
Week one: keep the dog to two rooms, same feeding times daily, no visitors. Week two: widen the space, start short outdoor trips once the vaccination schedule allows. Rushing either half is the most common mistake we see with a new Rottweiler Puppy.
Health records you should insist on
Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year. Booster schedules run on the original dates, and a large dog moving to a new vet needs that history intact.
Feeding a large dog without guesswork
Skip the table scraps entirely, however hard the dog lobbies. A Rottweiler Puppy that learns the dining table is a food source will keep asking for 10-12 Years. Set that boundary in week one and you never have to revisit it.
Apartment living: what actually matters
Your neighbours matter more than your floor plan. A family friendly Rottweiler Puppy that greets the corridor politely buys you goodwill you will need later. Spend the first month on that and the rest of 10-12 Years is easier.
Is a Rottweiler Puppy a sensible choice for you in Settur?
Ask yourself who walks it at seven in the morning. That one question decides more Rottweiler Puppy placements in Settur than price does. If the answer is genuinely nobody, look at a lower-energy breed instead - we will help you do that.
Rottweiler Puppy price, and the cost after it
₹27,992 to ₹27,992 for the dog. Then plan a similar amount again for year one. Anyone selling you a Rottweiler Puppy without mentioning that second number is selling rather than advising.
Health and handover
Every Rottweiler Puppy is checked, vaccinated and dewormed before listing. Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year: booster schedules run from the original dates, and a large dog moving to a new vet needs that history intact.
Raising a Rottweiler in Settur: local climate
Settur is hottest in April, averaging 40°C in the afternoon, and stays above 38°C from April to May. A Rottweiler needs real protection from that because a large body sheds heat slowly: walks before 8 am and after 7 pm, a cool tiled floor or a cooler in the afternoons, fresh water in more than one place, and never a parked car.
Winters are mild, with January nights around 17°C, so cold is not a concern.
The rainy season runs from October to November, and October is usually the wettest month. Check for ticks after every walk.
For a new Rottweiler puppy, the easiest months to arrive are January, February, July, August and December: not too hot, not too wet, and warm enough at night.
| Month | Jan | Feb | Mar | Apr | May | Jun | Jul | Aug | Sep | Oct | Nov | Dec |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| High °C | 29 | 33 | 38 | 40 | 39 | 36 | 35 | 34 | 33 | 31 | 29 | 28 |
| Low °C | 17 | 18 | 21 | 24 | 27 | 26 | 24 | 24 | 24 | 23 | 21 | 18 |
| Rain mm | 10 | 5 | 14 | 29 | 58 | 69 | 101 | 112 | 134 | 192 | 188 | 70 |
Climate figures: NASA POWER long-term monthly averages for a roughly 50 km area around the city, so rain near hills or the coast can read higher than in the city itself.

Care Tips for Rottweiler Puppy
Your week with a Rottweiler Puppy, reduced to what actually matters.
- Grooming: ten minutes twice a week, hands through the coat. You find the tick while it is still nothing.
- Damp: dry the dog properly in the wet months. Skin trouble here starts damp and gets ignored.
- Floors: runners over polished granite before it arrives, not after the first slip.
- Food: portion by weight, adjust monthly, no table scraps from day one.
- Balcony: grilles up before the Rottweiler Puppy comes home.
