We place across Tirumalgiri and the wider Telangana region. If a medium cat does not suit your hours, we will say so — that conversation is free and saves everyone the harder one later.
Your first fortnight, step by step
Do not introduce a medium Himalayan Kittens to the whole building in week one. Let it learn your flat first. Everything else - lift, lobby, other residents - goes better when the cat already has one place it considers its own.
Is a Himalayan Kittens a sensible choice for you in Tirumalgiri?
Ask yourself who walks it at seven in the morning. That one question decides more Himalayan Kittens placements in Tirumalgiri than price does. If the answer is genuinely nobody, look at a lower-energy breed instead - we will help you do that.
Feeding a medium cat without guesswork
Match the food to the adult size, not the current one. A medium breed grows into its requirement over months, and switching brands abruptly will upset it - phase any change over a week. Fresh water, changed twice daily, matters more than the brand you choose.
Settling in with children and other pets
Introduce slowly and supervise every early meeting. A sweet & calm Himalayan Kittens is usually good with children, but 'usually' is doing work in that sentence - the first fortnight sets the pattern for 10-12 Years.
What a Himalayan Kittens costs in Tirumalgiri
The purchase is the small number. Over 10-12 Years, food, boosters, grooming and one unplanned vet visit a year will each outweigh it. Anyone selling you a Himalayan Kittens without mentioning that is selling, not advising.
Health records you should insist on
Insist on originals, not photographs. A genuine record for a Himalayan Kittens names the vet and carries dates you can verify. It is a two-minute check that separates a documented cat from an undocumented one.
Himalayan Kittens price, and the cost after it
₹28,881 to ₹28,881 for the cat. Then plan a similar amount again for year one. Anyone selling you a Himalayan Kittens without mentioning that second number is selling rather than advising.
Records to insist on
Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
Raising a Himalayan in Tirumalgiri: local climate
Tirumalgiri is hottest in May, averaging 40°C in the afternoon, and stays above 38°C from April to May. A Himalayan needs real protection from that because its short muzzle makes panting less effective at shedding heat and its double coat holds heat close to the body: a cool room with the curtains drawn in the afternoon, a tiled floor to lie on, and fresh water in more than one place.
Winters are mild, with December nights around 14°C, so cold is not a concern.
The rainy season runs from August to September, and August is usually the wettest month. Dry the coat right down to the skin after it gets wet, or it can develop skin infections.
For a new Himalayan kitten, the easiest months to arrive are October to January: not too hot, not too wet, and warm enough at night.
| Month | Jan | Feb | Mar | Apr | May | Jun | Jul | Aug | Sep | Oct | Nov | Dec |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| High °C | 30 | 33 | 37 | 39 | 40 | 33 | 30 | 29 | 29 | 29 | 28 | 28 |
| Low °C | 14 | 17 | 21 | 24 | 26 | 23 | 22 | 22 | 21 | 19 | 16 | 14 |
| Rain mm | 6 | 5 | 19 | 26 | 35 | 103 | 149 | 163 | 157 | 86 | 14 | 2 |
Climate figures: NASA POWER long-term monthly averages for a roughly 50 km area around the city, so rain near hills or the coast can read higher than in the city itself.

Care Tips for Himalayan Kittens
A practical checklist for a medium cat in a Tirumalgiri flat.
- Routine: fixed meals, fixed sleeping spot, one person feeding for the first fortnight.
- Paws: check between the pads after every walk.
- Company: a sweet & calm breed does badly with eleven empty hours. Arrange a break in the day.
- Neighbours: corridor manners in month one buy goodwill you will need later.
- Vet: registered before you need one, not during an emergency.
