What is listed for Chittur is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different cat that fits your schedule than sell you the Exotic Short Hair Kittens you asked for and hear about it in six months.
Apartment living: what actually matters
Balconies need grilles before a Exotic Short Hair Kittens comes home, not after. Beyond that, apartment life suits this breed well: it wants company more than square footage, and a Chittur flat with people in it beats a large empty house.
What a Exotic Short Hair Kittens costs in Chittur
The purchase is the small number. Over 12-15 Years, food, boosters, grooming and one unplanned vet visit a year will each outweigh it. Anyone selling you a Exotic Short Hair Kittens without mentioning that is selling, not advising.
Settling in with children and other pets
Introduce slowly and supervise every early meeting. A quiet & affectionate Exotic Short Hair Kittens is usually good with children, but 'usually' is doing work in that sentence - the first fortnight sets the pattern for 12-15 Years.
Weather, coat and the Kerala year
The year splits into a dry half and a wet half, and a medium cat notices both. the air stays humid through much of the year, so coat and skin care need attention Adjust walk times in the heat and drying routine in the rain, and the Exotic Short Hair Kittens will barely register the change.
Feeding a medium cat without guesswork
Match the food to the adult size, not the current one. A medium breed grows into its requirement over months, and switching brands abruptly will upset it - phase any change over a week. Fresh water, changed twice daily, matters more than the brand you choose.
Is a Exotic Short Hair Kittens a sensible choice for you in Chittur?
Ask yourself who walks it at seven in the morning. That one question decides more Exotic Short Hair Kittens placements in Chittur than price does. If the answer is genuinely nobody, look at a lower-energy breed instead - we will help you do that.
What you will pay
Expect ₹32,118 upward, to around ₹32,118. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 12-15 Years.
Records to insist on
Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
Raising a Exotic Short Hair in Chittur: local climate
Summer here peaks in March at about 37°C. That is manageable for a Exotic Short Hair: keep activity to the cooler ends of the day and a shaded, ventilated spot indoors.
Winters stay warm, with even January nights around 19°C, so there is no cold season to plan for.
The rainy season runs from May to October, and June is usually the wettest month. Dry the coat right down to the skin after it gets wet, or it can develop skin infections.
For a new Exotic Short Hair kitten, the easiest months to arrive are December to February: not too hot, not too wet, and warm enough at night.
| Month | Jan | Feb | Mar | Apr | May | Jun | Jul | Aug | Sep | Oct | Nov | Dec |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| High °C | 32 | 35 | 37 | 36 | 32 | 29 | 28 | 28 | 29 | 30 | 29 | 30 |
| Low °C | 19 | 20 | 23 | 24 | 24 | 24 | 23 | 23 | 23 | 23 | 22 | 20 |

Climate figures: NASA POWER long-term monthly averages for a roughly 50 km area around the city, so rain near hills or the coast can read higher than in the city itself.
