We place across Maddur and the wider Karnataka region. If a large cat does not suit your hours, we will say so — that conversation is free and saves everyone the harder one later.
What a Ragdoll Kittens costs in Maddur
Between ₹32,074 and ₹32,074 covers most placements here. Where yours falls depends on lineage and how old the cat is at handover - an older, fully vaccinated Ragdoll Kittens costs more up front and less in the first months.
Settling in with children and other pets
Teach the children the rules before the Ragdoll Kittens arrives: no disturbing it while eating, no picking it up, and let it come to them. Children who learn that get a cat that seeks them out.
Is a Ragdoll Kittens a sensible choice for you in Maddur?
Start with your week, not the breed. If you are out of the flat eleven hours a day, a friendly Ragdoll Kittens will not fill the gap quietly - it will find something to do and you will not like it. If someone is home, this breed settles into Maddur without much drama.
Your first fortnight, step by step
Do not introduce a large Ragdoll Kittens to the whole building in week one. Let it learn your flat first. Everything else - lift, lobby, other residents - goes better when the cat already has one place it considers its own.
Apartment living: what actually matters
Balconies need grilles before a Ragdoll Kittens comes home, not after. Beyond that, apartment life suits this breed well: it wants company more than square footage, and a Maddur flat with people in it beats a large empty house.
Feeding a large cat without guesswork
Match the food to the adult size, not the current one. A large breed grows into its requirement over months, and switching brands abruptly will upset it - phase any change over a week. Fresh water, changed twice daily, matters more than the brand you choose.
Ragdoll Kittens price, and the cost after it
₹32,074 to ₹32,074 for the cat. Then plan a similar amount again for year one. Anyone selling you a Ragdoll Kittens without mentioning that second number is selling rather than advising.
Records to insist on
Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
Raising a Ragdoll in Maddur: local climate
Summer here peaks in March at about 36°C. That is manageable for a Ragdoll, but watch it closely because its double coat holds heat close to the body: keep activity to the cooler ends of the day and a shaded, ventilated spot indoors.
Winters are mild, with January nights around 15°C, so cold is not a concern.
There is no long rainy season; what rain there is falls mostly in September.
For a new Ragdoll kitten, the easiest months to arrive are January, June, July, August, November and December: not too hot, not too wet, and warm enough at night.
| Month | Jan | Feb | Mar | Apr | May | Jun | Jul | Aug | Sep | Oct | Nov | Dec |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| High °C | 31 | 34 | 36 | 36 | 33 | 29 | 28 | 28 | 29 | 28 | 28 | 29 |
| Low °C | 15 | 17 | 21 | 23 | 22 | 20 | 20 | 20 | 20 | 19 | 17 | 15 |
| Rain mm | 2 | 5 | 19 | 64 | 116 | 98 | 118 | 114 | 140 | 132 | 57 | 13 |
Climate figures: NASA POWER long-term monthly averages for a roughly 50 km area around the city, so rain near hills or the coast can read higher than in the city itself.

Care Tips for Ragdoll Kittens
Your week with a Ragdoll Kittens, reduced to what actually matters.
- Grooming: ten minutes twice a week, hands through the coat. You find the tick while it is still nothing.
- Damp: dry the cat properly in the wet months. Skin trouble here starts damp and gets ignored.
- Floors: runners over polished granite before it arrives, not after the first slip.
- Food: portion by weight, adjust monthly, no table scraps from day one.
- Balcony: grilles up before the Ragdoll Kittens comes home.
