What is listed for Kothnur is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different cat that fits your schedule than sell you the Himalayan Kittens you asked for and hear about it in six months.
Apartment living: what actually matters
Balconies need grilles before a Himalayan Kittens comes home, not after. Beyond that, apartment life suits this breed well: it wants company more than square footage, and a Kothnur flat with people in it beats a large empty house.
Weather, coat and the Karnataka year
pleasant semi-tropical, and the plateau climate is relatively moderate, which suits a wide range of breeds Your practical takeaway: brush more often than the breed guides suggest, keep the cat dry through the wet months, and check between the pads after walks. Skin trouble here starts damp and gets ignored.
Health records you should insist on
Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year. Booster schedules run on the original dates, and a medium cat moving to a new vet needs that history intact.
What a Himalayan Kittens costs in Kothnur
Between ₹28,881 and ₹28,881 covers most placements here. Where yours falls depends on lineage and how old the cat is at handover - an older, fully vaccinated Himalayan Kittens costs more up front and less in the first months.
Settling in with children and other pets
Teach the children the rules before the Himalayan Kittens arrives: no disturbing it while eating, no picking it up, and let it come to them. Children who learn that get a cat that seeks them out.
Feeding a medium cat without guesswork
Match the food to the adult size, not the current one. A medium breed grows into its requirement over months, and switching brands abruptly will upset it - phase any change over a week. Fresh water, changed twice daily, matters more than the brand you choose.
Himalayan Kittens price, and the cost after it
₹28,881 to ₹28,881 for the cat. Then plan a similar amount again for year one. Anyone selling you a Himalayan Kittens without mentioning that second number is selling rather than advising.
Records to insist on
Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.

Care Tips for Himalayan Kittens
A practical checklist for a medium cat in a Kothnur flat.
- Routine: fixed meals, fixed sleeping spot, one person feeding for the first fortnight.
- Paws: check between the pads after every walk.
- Company: a sweet & calm breed does badly with eleven empty hours. Arrange a break in the day.
- Neighbours: corridor manners in month one buy goodwill you will need later.
- Vet: registered before you need one, not during an emergency.
