What is listed for Dommasandra is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different cat that fits your schedule than sell you the Persian you asked for and hear about it in six months.

Health records you should insist on

Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year. Booster schedules run on the original dates, and a medium cat moving to a new vet needs that history intact.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Set the routine before you set the affection. Fixed meal times, a fixed sleeping spot, and a fixed person doing the feeding for the first fortnight. A Persian reads consistency as safety, and a settled cat learns faster.

Weather, coat and the Karnataka year

pleasant semi-tropical, and the plateau climate is relatively moderate, which suits a wide range of breeds Your practical takeaway: brush more often than the breed guides suggest, keep the cat dry through the wet months, and check between the pads after walks. Skin trouble here starts damp and gets ignored.

Apartment living: what actually matters

Balconies need grilles before a Persian comes home, not after. Beyond that, apartment life suits this breed well: it wants company more than square footage, and a Dommasandra flat with people in it beats a large empty house.

Settling in with children and other pets

Give the resident pet the higher ground and the first choice of space. A new medium cat entering an established household is the intruder, and letting the existing animal keep its status shortens the adjustment considerably.

What a Persian costs in Dommasandra

Between ₹15,000 and ₹45,000 covers most placements here. Where yours falls depends on lineage and how old the cat is at handover - an older, fully vaccinated Persian costs more up front and less in the first months.

What you will pay

Expect ₹15,000 upward, to around ₹45,000. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 10-12 Years.
