We place across Vedurukuppam and the wider Andhra Pradesh region. If a medium cat does not suit your hours, we will say so — that conversation is free and saves everyone the harder one later.
Feeding a medium cat without guesswork
Portion by weight and adjust monthly. The Bombay Kittens will tell you it is starving regardless; your vet's target weight is the honest signal. Overfeeding in the first year is the single most common thing we correct.
Settling in with children and other pets
Give the resident pet the higher ground and the first choice of space. A new medium cat entering an established household is the intruder, and letting the existing animal keep its status shortens the adjustment considerably.
Is a Bombay Kittens a sensible choice for you in Vedurukuppam?
Ask yourself who walks it at seven in the morning. That one question decides more Bombay Kittens placements in Vedurukuppam than price does. If the answer is genuinely nobody, look at a lower-energy breed instead - we will help you do that.
Health records you should insist on
Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note. You should be able to read them before you pay. We provide all three with every Bombay Kittens; if any seller cannot, treat that as the answer.
Apartment living: what actually matters
Balconies need grilles before a Bombay Kittens comes home, not after. Beyond that, apartment life suits this breed well: it wants company more than square footage, and a Vedurukuppam flat with people in it beats a large empty house.
Your first fortnight, step by step
Week one: keep the cat to two rooms, same feeding times daily, no visitors. Week two: widen the space, start short outdoor trips once the vaccination schedule allows. Rushing either half is the most common mistake we see with a new Bombay Kittens.
Bombay Kittens price, and the cost after it
₹31,901 to ₹31,901 for the cat. Then plan a similar amount again for year one. Anyone selling you a Bombay Kittens without mentioning that second number is selling rather than advising.
Records to insist on
Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
Raising a Bombay in Vedurukuppam: local climate
Summer here peaks in April at about 38°C. That is manageable for a Bombay: keep activity to the cooler ends of the day and a shaded, ventilated spot indoors.
Winters are mild, with January nights around 16°C, so cold is not a concern.
The rainy season runs from October to November, and October is usually the wettest month. Dry the coat right down to the skin after it gets wet, or it can develop skin infections.
For a new Bombay kitten, the easiest months to arrive are January, February, June, July, August and December: not too hot, not too wet, and warm enough at night.
| Month | Jan | Feb | Mar | Apr | May | Jun | Jul | Aug | Sep | Oct | Nov | Dec |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| High °C | 28 | 31 | 36 | 38 | 37 | 34 | 33 | 32 | 31 | 29 | 27 | 26 |
| Low °C | 16 | 16 | 20 | 23 | 25 | 24 | 23 | 22 | 22 | 21 | 19 | 17 |
| Rain mm | 10 | 5 | 14 | 29 | 58 | 69 | 101 | 112 | 134 | 192 | 188 | 70 |
Climate figures: NASA POWER long-term monthly averages for a roughly 50 km area around the city, so rain near hills or the coast can read higher than in the city itself.

Care Tips for Bombay Kittens
A practical checklist for a medium cat in a Vedurukuppam flat.
- Routine: fixed meals, fixed sleeping spot, one person feeding for the first fortnight.
- Paws: check between the pads after every walk.
- Company: a highly social breed does badly with eleven empty hours. Arrange a break in the day.
- Neighbours: corridor manners in month one buy goodwill you will need later.
- Vet: registered before you need one, not during an emergency.
